3 Things to Do to Maintain a Writing Routine for 5 Years (Grok Diary – Day 4)

I try to reach my daily word count before I work out. Since exercising every day is already an established habit, linking it to my writing goal should make it easier to stay consistent.

I track and reflect publicly on X and on my blog, which adds an extra layer of accountability and pressure to follow through.

Managing my energy will likely be the biggest challenge. I’m currently dealing with some nutrition-related health issues, but I’m hopeful that I can improve things over the course of this year.
