Since 2025 I’ve been playing around with AI models to create my own comics. It’s all just a test project for now. The quality isn’t where I want it to be. But I publish them here and on my X account while also reporting on the process for other people to learn from.
The usual test phase is split into two parts for each AI model:
- I create a first try and note all problems
- Then I try to tackle these problems and find workarounds for the next issue
Thus, every try with a specific AI model has two issues. For the entire project, though, I’ve created the same story world in which superheros are vigilantes declared persona non grata. They went into hiding while the system is after them. It’s called The Last Superhero (TLS).
